Jim Rice, Licensed Realtor

Jim is originally from Delaware County Pennsylvania and has been a resident of Delaware since 1995.  Having always had a strong interest in homes and residential construction, in 2003 he left the Consumer Finance and Mortgage Lending Division at MBNA America to pursue his career in Real Estate.  Consistently ranking in the top 1% of Realtors in the area, Jim enjoys helping his clients reach their individual goals and he takes pride in exceeding each client's expectations and solving the most complex scenarios that can arise during the buying and selling process. Jim currently resides in North Wilmington and spends his time away from work with his dog Lola and is an avid basketball fan.

 Chad Matheny, Licensed Buyers Agent

Chad is originally from Richland, Washington.  He lived in several locations before finding his permanent home in Delaware in 1991.  He attended St. Mark's High School and obtained his Bachelors of Art in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware.  Since then, he has worked in Security and Loss Prevention for the retail industry.  Chad discovered his fervor for real estate while working with the Jim Rice Group to sell his home.  He was so impressed by the knowledge, unique approach to, and passion for real estate displayed by the team, Chad was inspired to become a real estate agent himself.  In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife, new baby Ashton and their two greyhounds  and is an avid Seattle Seahawks fan.
